Founder & Managing Partner

Ashley Alexandrino brings a rare blend of legal training, executive‑level strategy, and psychology‑grounded insight to every client she serves. She earned her Master’s in International Relations with a focus on global governance and conflict resolution, and later graduated from law school where she served on Law Review and developed a deep interest in the intersection of law, policy, and family systems. Before entering the legal field, she completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology, a foundation that now informs her trauma‑informed, client‑centered approach to every matter.

After law school, Ashley joined a Fortune 500 company as Corporate Counsel, advising on high‑stakes contracts, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial negotiations. The role sharpened her legal precision and business judgment — but it also made clear that her greatest fulfillment came from working directly with individuals and families during pivotal moments in their lives.

Before her legal career, Ashley built and led multimillion‑dollar corporate and philanthropic partnerships across North America and international markets. She negotiated complex agreements, guided executive leadership on long‑term growth strategy, and managed initiatives that required diplomacy, clarity, and calm under pressure. That executive‑level experience now elevates her legal practice, allowing her to bring strategic insight, structured planning, and steady counsel to every client relationship.

Today, Ashley’s practice focuses on estate planning, guardianship and child‑centered directives, probate guidance, and long‑term legacy planning for families who value privacy, structure, and generational clarity. She is equally passionate about financial literacy and believes families should not only transfer wealth wisely — but understand it deeply.

As a trauma‑informed practitioner with a background in psychology, Ashley creates a supportive, predictable environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make decisions that protect their families for years to come.

Outside the office, Ashley is a wife and mother who believes the strongest legacies begin at home. She enjoys time with her family, mentoring emerging professionals, and helping families approach wealth, planning, and protection with confidence and intention.
