What’s Included: Drafting and filing the Petition for Dissolution, standard Marital Settlement Agreement, Financial Disclosures, and all necessary final judgment paperwork.
Comprehensive Uncontested Divorce
$4,500 – $5,500 Designed for cooperative parents or couples with significant shared assets (such as a family home or retirement accounts) who want to ensure their agreements are legally watertight.
What’s Included: Everything in the basic package, plus a customized, court-approved Maryland Parenting Plan (custody and visitation schedules), Child Support Worksheets, and Quitclaim Deed preparation for the marital residence.
Prenuptial & Postnuptial Agreements

Important Note on “Uncontested” Matters
To qualify for these flat-fee packages, both parties must be completely cooperative, willing to sign all documentation voluntarily, and in 100% agreement on all terms. If disagreements arise that require ongoing negotiations, mediation representation, or contested court appearances, the matter will transition to our standard hourly rate of $400/hour to ensure your interests are fully protected. All court filing fees are billed separately.
