Transparent Trust Accounting
We believe in absolute transparency when it comes to hourly billing. We manage your financial investment through a structured, ethical process:
Initial Retainer: We require an upfront retainer deposit before work begins. This deposit is held securely in our attorney trust account.
Detailed Statements: As work is performed, fees are deducted from the trust account. Your monthly statements will detail exactly how every minute was utilized on your behalf, documented down to the tenth of an hour.
Mediation Support: If your case shifts toward mediation or collaborative settlement, we continue to bill hourly to prepare you for the sessions and advocate for your goals during negotiations.
